Hawaii Island Parents & Kids Program

This year our summer Mother & Kids prgram is "Hands On."  We believe the best way for children to learn and grow their confidence and English skills is through experience.  They will have plenty of classroom time during school in Japan.  That's why we have created a fun, educational and experience based program that both Mother's and kids will enjoy.  Learn through play.  Learn by doing.  Each day has a purpose and a plan but because we are in Hawaii it is relaxed, enjoyable and filled with smiles.

Universal English Academy is the original innovator of the Hawaiian Vacation-Study program and we are dedicated to creating a joy of learning in the hearts and minds of our students.  This program will help open up whole new realms of thoughts for your kids and provide them with a positive English based experience that will help to define their relationship with communication.

Sessions are offered twice a year in the summer only.

About The Home Visit

  We believe that for kids an actual homestay can sometimes be stressful.  It can often highlight the communication barrier more than inspire one to overcome it.  That's why we offer a "Home visit" program.

The class travels together with the teacher to enjoy a meal at a local home.  It's fun, requires using a little English and stress free.

* Denotes a Home Visit

After a rest at the hotel and a light lunch...we start our next adventure at Doutor coffee farm where we hunt for flowers and play a series of interesting games realted to fruits and flowers.

Kids love this activity!
