For those visiting the Big Island of Hawaii who are looking for something a little more flexible, personal and reasonable we offer on a very limited basis a private guide service.  Teacher/Guide Matt Carter has made it his mission to explore every section of the island in search of those places that reveal the true flavors of the Big Island.  He has immersed himself in the history, culture, geography and energy of Hawaii's Big Island so that you can tune into the deeper magic of this one of a kind place.

 

Matt guides the Big Island with love, passion, a deep respect for the native culture and the power of the nature. You will learn, enjoy and be moved while avoiding the crowds, the tourist traps and the driving.
